Welcome to PrintxAura. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Customized Orders

PrintxAura specializes in personalized products. Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, photos, messages, dates, addresses, and other customization details. PrintxAura is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Advance Payment

A 40% advance payment is required before production begins on customized orders. Since personalized products are made specifically for each customer and cannot normally be resold, the advance payment may not be refundable if an order is cancelled after production has started.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once customization or production has started.

4. Product Variations

Due to differences in screens, lighting, printing, materials, and customization processes, the final product may have minor variations from the images shown on our website. These minor differences do not necessarily indicate a defect.

5. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on customization, production, courier services, holidays, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

6. Customer-Provided Content

By submitting photos, artwork, text, or other content, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use that content. PrintxAura reserves the right to refuse content that is unlawful or violates the rights of others.

7. Refunds & Replacements

Customized products cannot normally be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any eligible refund, replacement, or compensation will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All PrintxAura branding, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, and website content belong to PrintxAura or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
