To protect both parties and smoothly process your custom orders, we require a 40% advance payment before starting work on your product. Since custom items cannot be resold or reused if cancelled, this deposit secures your order and protects both parties.

However, if you ever receive a wrong or damaged item, don't worry, we are here to make it right!

 Important Notes:

  • Customized Items: Products made with specific names, photos, or personal messages cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Keep Packaging: Please keep the original packaging safe until your issue is completely resolved.

  • Final Decision: Compensation or replacements will be finalized after our team inspects the product and the proof provided.

You can claim a refund or replacement if:

  2. You inform us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear pictures or video proof.

Once our team verifies your claim, we will:

  • Send you a brand-new replacement product at no extra cost, or

  • Offer full or partial compensation/refund if a replacement is not possible.
