Customized orders are processed after the required 40% advance payment is received and all necessary customization details are confirmed.

Processing time may vary depending on the product and level of customization. We will communicate the expected processing time when your order is confirmed.

2. Delivery

Orders are shipped through third-party courier services. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are subject to the courier's policies and operations.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges must be paid in advance along with the applicable order payment before the order is dispatched. Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, package size, and courier service.

An order will not be dispatched until the required delivery charges have been received!

4. Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate name, address, phone number, and other required delivery details. PrintxAura is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If your order is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to courier issues, incorrect information, or the recipient being unavailable, please contact us so we can assist you.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to incorrect information or failure to receive the package.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs or a short video of the package and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
